Flexible Pricing & Guest Options for just $10 per hour, you can rent our weight room if you have a membership with us. Want to bring a friend or workout partner? You can bring up to four guests for just $5 each (per guest). Guests are the responsibility of the member, so everyone can enjoy the space safely and respectfully.
Perfect for Trainers
If you're a personal trainer, our weight room is the perfect spot to provide your clients with a private, professional training environment. Rent the room by the hour, and train your clients in peace, free from distractions. You can bring up to four clients, with a $5 charge per guest, and the ability to adjust the space as needed by folding the power rack to the wall. It’s a tailored experience that lets you focus entirely on your clients’ needs.

At our training entrance on the lower level where you enter from the parking lot in the rear, we have a large open area ,with chairs, lockers shelves and an area to place your outdoor shoes. There is a camera to monitor the area and if you need a lock we have them for sale in our supplement shop for $2.50. If you are waiting for class you can sit here or in our upstairs waiting room where you can enjoy a pre-exercise beverage!
