Mobility & Circuit Training
This hybrid class blends focused mobility work with high-energy
circuit training to build strength, improve movement quality,
and support long-term joint health.
What to Expect:

5–10 minutes of targeted mobility to prepare the specific area being trained (hips, shoulders, etc.)

A circuit of 6–8 functional exercises using resistance bands, blocks, sandbags, and bodyweight
-
Structured work/rest intervals with 2-minute active recovery between rounds
-
A guided cool-down stretch to release tension and support recovery
